Renting from us is a no fuss process.
First, browse our ever growing catalogue for items you desire to rent for your upcoming event. When you’ve decided which items you would like to rent, ‘Email Us Here’ with the item name and number and the details of your event. When we receive the email, we will begin writing the proposal for your rental; we may reach out to you for any missing information.
Within 2-3 business days you will receive a rental proposal and agreement. To finalize your order, we ask that you sign the rental agreement and have it back to us within 7 business days with a 35% deposit. The week prior to your event we will touch base with you and go over any details about drop off and pick up. In addition, we require the remaining balance for your rentals.
On the day of your event, the items will be ready for delivery, (or pick up if arranged in advance). We will deliver your desired items to the designated location. When your event is over, please ensure the rentals items are packaged as they came to you and left in a designated/pre-arranged area for pick up.
